I could and do spend hours Dragonfly watching if I get the chance. I believe this one to be a female Banded Demoiselle. to get the best effect the angle of the lighting has to be just right, you will need to experiment. I used my Canon 70-300 f4-5.6 IS USM lens at 300mm hand held.
