A Brief Introduction!

I have two main passions in this wonderful medium, detailed close up pictures of natural and living things and atmospheric landscapes. That is not to say that I don’t like anything else, but these are the areas that give me a buzz at the moment of releasing the shutter.

I have been retired since October 2004 having been the Principal Design Engineer for an engineering company in Dorset, and with that background I automatically look for and find order and design in nature.

I hope you to will enjoy the discovery and beauty that a closer look offers.
